Terms of Entry

Who may enter

Every archer must be an active member of one of the member clubs, and needs current CBH/SAA membership that is valid on the day they shoot. You give the membership number and its expiration date when you add an archer, and we check it against session date — an entry is refused if the membership expires first.

An archer may enter a session once, and may use each bowstyle once per tournament.

Fees

Fees are per archer, per session, and depend on age band and NFAA Pro status — never on gender. A household entering two adults and one to three archers in a junior band in the same session pays a single family rate for that group instead.

The fees that apply to a tournament are fixed when that tournament is created, so a change to the club's fee table never alters the price of a tournament already on the calendar.

Paying

Nothing is paid online. You pay in cash at the check-in table on the day, for the archers you have with you. The family rate applies to those you pay for together. Your account and your confirmation email show the amount to bring. We do not take cards or cheques.

Canceling, and refunds

Cancel an entry in your account at any time before the session starts. Nothing has been paid, so nothing is owed, and your seat goes to the next archer on the waitlist.

An entry that is still unpaid when the session starts is a no-show. Nothing is owed for it.

Once you have paid at check-in, the entry cannot be canceled through the site. If the club hands money back — a shoot that could not go ahead, a mistake at the table — it does so in cash, directly.

Waitlists

A full session offers a waitlist to one archer at a time. If a seat opens before the session starts, the first archer waiting is entered and told by email, and pays at check-in like everyone else. Anyone still waiting when the session starts did not get in, and owes nothing.

Scores

Scores from a session are published on this site as a permanent public record, listing archer name, club, division, bowstyle, score and placing.
